We had an AMAZING week here at BARC! Mayor Parker joined us to launch our brand new in-house, low cost spay/neuter clinic, Fixin’ Houston! This is a huge milestone for BARC and the City of Houston. We look forward to providing low cost spay/neuter services to pets of thousands of Houstonians!
